The element of light
When our group went out to observe the light outside, we noticed different elements of photography. First we put a book on the floor right under the light. everyone stood in a circle around the book, that way we could compare the different views and angles. I noticed that there was a glare in the center because of the light, it was like focused right in the middle. There was a bit of reflection from the people standing around the book. Also, there was some shade because somebody was standing closer than everyone else. We went out a second time, but this time we observed other people in our group. We had two people, with different skin tones, stand right underneath the light. One group member had a skin light skin tone, the one with lighter skin tone, the light reflected off of their face and had a bit of glow. She had long hair so the light and her hair was her frame. The group member who was even more lighter, he was lighter on one side, and darker than the other. some of his face was shaded, and some of it was not. Both members had a lot of texture and the light really brought out their facial features.
